Five foreign and local groups have expressed interest to participate in the auction for the government’s first international seaport project under the government’s public-private partnership program.
Transportation Department spokesman Michael Arthur Sagcal said Madrid-based multinational construction and civil engineering company Obrascón Huarte Lain S.A., French investment and industrial firm Bolloré S.A., Singapore-based Portek International Pte. Ltd., Davao International Container Terminals Inc. and Portek International Pte. Ltd. purchased bid documents for the P17-billion Davao Sasa port modernization project.
PROPERTY developer DMC Urban Property Developers Inc. (DMC-UPDI) is set to develop its properties in Davao City after the completion of its newest condominium project in Davao City, the Verdon Parc, an executive said.
Merly Amoguis, officer-in-charge (OIC) of DMC-UPDI said Saturday that the Consunji-controlled company has acquired several properties in the city that are yet to be developed.
